Promo materials on panels covering construction areas

Post by nakatago » Sun, 13 Mar 2011 8:20 pm

I noticed this whenever I pass by what I can only assume is a construction site between Orchard Central and 313 on the Orchard road side. It's basically a big poster with pictures of people walking, supposedly shopping to blend in with the traffic of people.

A similar thing can also be observed in Rochester slightly off Buona Vista MRT.

All those people in the posters are white!

Conspiracy theories, go!
