HUB / community work center in Singapore
Hi!
I'm planning to move to Singapore in a few months and move into a tiny flat where I won't be able to work.
I'm a freelancer and work online. Are there any hubs in Singapore? A place where many individuals gather to get stuff done with the help of the interent ))
So far from my research I've found that the public libraries and coffeeshops are the best bet. But those can be too noisy and/or overcrowded.
A hub will usually also host events for professionals and its more of a community where you can meet people similar to you.
Thanks ahead!

As long as you aren't going for a 20 minute dump you should be okay. Go outside though to have a fag and you could lose it though. The best option to prevent that is take it with you or quit smoking (the better option). The problem is, you will be running on battery life most of the time as there is usually on one plug and guaranteed you'll never beat a Singaporean to it. They will will it to their friends.
You reckon McD's or Starbucks will be quieter than a library?
There is low crime here, but that doesn't mean there is NO crime here. If you tempt somebody, you will find out that they are not opposed to gift by chance.
