Are you teaching at GESS ? Is it Gan Eng Seng School. I am a former student there way back in the 60s at Telok Ayer Street. Damn !! that is such a long time ago. Look at what I have become. Very good no nonsense school
All boys school until in the 80's
Seriously, IMHO, unless that is a racial slur or abuse which you can take up legally there is not much we can do. It is very difficult to justify between two parties. "She said, you said" and so on . It will be a slugging match and it would not be pretty.
Accusation if in writing that you have to defend it yourself is something else which really means you are at the end of your line with the school. Other than that keep calm and record down all incidents for future reference. Just in case if you are unfairly dismissed.
But hey at least you are SPR which means you can always look for another teaching job without much hassle.
There is a saying in Chinese and it goes something like this
"If one's likes a person very much, even there is sh!t is in front of one's eye, one's could not find any fault. However if one's dislike a person, a small mistake can be a huge issue"

Back a bit on this forum after awhile. Enjoying too much in my "new" country.
Hey MS, I was also from Gan Eng Seng School. But mine was during the late 70's and early 80's. It was still a boys school then, maybe except the Pre-U.
Cheers
You must be at Anson Road beside International Plaza.
