DBS Bank Test, any ideas please help!

Hi there,

Im attending a test for a customer service position at DBS Bank this week but no idea what to cover, especially MATHS which always give me headache . Any advice would be genuinely appreciated.

the math is quite basic, just need to be careful. they will also ask you to write an internal email, as well as some long essay questions.

just try to think more detailed, and not just the basic answer, keeping in mind the risk element and how to best protect the company and the client.

Brilliant! Thanks a lot for your reply. I am usually not fazed by writing, even love it though but definitely when it comes to timing, it'd be sort of stressful. Will take your advice seriously. Fingers crossed as not taken any test since forever!!!

hope it went well. did you go through the headhunting company? if you were selected to do banking, then that is good news. I was in a similar situation as you before. I know my current company is hiring, it might be slightly better than the front-line bank csr. give me a pm shout if you're interested, maybe i can help to pass your app along to the headhunter that helped me. Esp if you speak multiple languages would definitely help.
