I'm visiting singapore with my husband for a week. I had rebonded my hair a couple of times and it is very dry now. I need to cut the straight hairs and wish to retain my curls. I need to know which place does a good job in cutting and highlighting curly hair. It would be lovely if you could give me their number/ email to get in touch for an appointment.
