Any suggestions where to find a girl or boy Friday?

We have just moved to Singapore for my work, and I will need to travel out of Singapore quite a bit. My husband is semi-disabled due to brain surgery, and I need to find a carer who can be a companion and help him stay focused. We don't really need a nurse, but rather someone to help him get organized. I am hoping to find a driver who will also be a gentle "nag," in helping him get organized. Does anyone have suggestions on where I should look? I have checked out the classifieds, but they seem to be focussed solely on housekeepers. Many thanks!

That one is a little difficult. You might need to use the local classified section of the newspaper as those types are going to be rather hard to find.
