Re: Any salon recommendation?
Well,
Your hair getts frizzy because a mix of aircon and the heat outside that literary sucks out all natural moister in your hair. First I thought moving to Singapore would be great for my hair, but I was proven different.
You really have to buy professional products that take care of your hail, and gives it moister. Personally I use Kerastes oil shampoo, and their hair-mask, which is just wonderful, and I also recently bought Kerastes oil to put in my ends.
I suggest you go to Toni & Guy and talk to someone there. They are all trained professionally and used to western hair. It's quite expensive though, but just go and ask for advise and they will help you. They also sell Keraste and their own brand hair products, and they know exactly what's best for your hair.
Whatever you do, dont do as I did. I went to a cheep place to make highlights... They totally destroyed my hair and they told me the green-greyish colour I now have is the new trend, called ash-blond.... I have had ash-blond hair all my life, and trust me it have never looked this way....
So keep in mind that its worth spending extra money sometimes!
You find Toni & Guy in Holland Village 6466 2660, Orchard Rd 6835 4533
Good luck,
mia

I recommend The Hairsmith. The director, Arthur, is very professional and analizes your hair to decide with you what to do. It's at Tudor Court on Tanglin Road and the phone number is 6733-2801.Mr. Bao wrote:I have natural curly , course hair.... now it turns to become frizzy...

My horrible experience in Hair Nox Studio!
Hi Guys!
I wish to share with you guys my recent bad experience in this studio, which is strongly not recommend go.
Few weeks ago, I bought a rebonding promotional voucher online. Since the salon offered a $68 service from the usual $170, I thought it was a good deal for me to try out even though this is my first time going.
When I got to the salon, Hair Nox Studio located at High Street Centre on a Saturaday, 8th Jan 2011, I felt that the studio look no different from any normal salon in terms of appearance and decorations. However, service has nothing to do with appearance so i brushed off my doubts.
When I entered the studio, there is only 1 guy, Kef Tan, handling 2 customers at the same time, and a middle aged lady who is known as the owner of the place. No one attended to me. Finally when the lady showed me the seats, she explained how her staffs refused to come to work. What management! Then she started complaining how much loss she made for putting up the promotion online. I was thinking if anyone want to complain then don’t do it in the first place!
After a while, the male hairdresser came to me. He washed my hair and after looking at the condition of my hair, he asked if I wanted to “trim the fizzy ends of my hair”
