Need some help on same topic as i also been denied entry

Post by naina21 » Wed, 29 May 2013 6:26 am

Hi i am indian and i am seeking some info from you. I also been denied entry into singapore and i made a appeal with my local spnosor of singapore. My appeal has been approved and i been given entry visa and a letter of approval.

Now my question is when ur application got appoved what was your visa validity as mine is just 9 weeks validity.

Secondly once your that first approved visa got expired where did u applied for a new visa thru ICA via ur sponsor or in anyother overseas singapore mission.

Lastly when you went to singapore after appeal approved, u was given entry without any issues? Is is necessary to show Duty officer the NRIC of sponsor and do sponsor needs so come over to airport when i visit there.

Pls let me know all this. Would be great help from you.

Thanks and Regards

Why did they have different birthdays? Can you prove it was an innocent mistake? It is well-known that many in Indonesian have intentionally purchased passports with fraudulent dates (and sometimes names) in order to work earlier, especially amongst maids. Whether you did this or not, it is probably the problem for you.

That said, you can just walk around the airport all night. I see plenty of people sleeping all over the place all the time. No need to go through immigration. You can probably even rent a bed inside one of the plaza lounges.

Hello..
Thank you for you reply

Yes of course
i also knew that differences
first, i dont think it will be a big deal
and doesnt matter

But i already updated my id card and driving license same as my passport.

I oredi submitted my documents to ica

Last day, i made a call to ica
they said it still processing and it takes time arround 4 to six weeks

Once the outcome has known, the letter will be sent to may overseas address.

I really hope that my appeal will be accepted.

If i going with different flight
let say
Not connecting flight

May i just tru transit lounge

Without pass the clear immigration?

Need help and assistance

Thank you in advance
