I am prepared to be flamed for the thread.
I am not talking about all Singaporean, but some comments that I heard about. Many ppl found that singaporean girls are rude to guys from other south east asian countries as they are poorer. Rude means kinda looking down, doesn't feel like talking to them, etc. Is this true?

Some people are rude and some are kind ..... do not have the statistic on which group is bigger, My suggestion is for you to try harder, have patience, be sincere, be understanding and eventually that local girl might like you back.

If you are referring to the dating scene, Yes
But otherwise at work place etc, this is not the case. Having said that I would say the reason being, these girls are confused...they have imaginary egos around them and this prevents them from socialising outside their circles.
But if you are an Ang Moh, well...you will be spoilt for choices!

They're generally nice but it's disheartening when the ones you do meet are nice but are also the stereotypical materialistic or shallow types.
But then there are those who are not. Sad thing about stereotypes is that there's some grain of truth to them, albeit exaggerated but they're there.
So, yeah...meet more people to find the good ones.
And since we're on the topic of stereotypes, learn to speak English with a non-Asian accent.

I think girls globally are less open to guys from other countries if they perceive the country poorer. This is not unique to Singaporean girls.

Except for the groups of western women who go man-hunting in Africa, the Carribean, Greece and, of course, Bali

Dear SE,
Please stop mentioning it,
I have been having nightmares and sleepless nights, ever since it was mentioned in the other thread.
Now please advise how one would bust this myth....

A hand under several blouses and shirts might be an experimental method to confirm that it is indeed myth.

Well... I plan to take it but I asked my wife not to. That way if it has a negative effect one of us is left to look after the dreadful daughter.

No. Because Singapore, like Oz and NZ will achieve at some point eradication of C-19 and become a certified safe haven and the rivers of money...

What do you think? Since they are slowly opening up businesses, I think that's a bit of a good news?

Life restrictions will not end until we have either (a) herd immunity or (b) vaccine. Lock-down measures merely prolongs achieving the former (a).

There are obviously some hidden hosts in the community still. Even countries with zero cases are reporting new cases popping up occasionally.
