Alar base reduction in Singapore. Recommend a good doctor?

Hi everyone. I want to trim my fat nose and seriously considering getting an alar base reduction (alarplasty) but I can only do it in Singapore.

Anyone have any good experience with doctors in Singapore? Which doctor would you recommend?...
