Honda Motorcycle Dealer ?

Any particular recommendations for any of the Honda motorcycle dealers ?

I see about 10 different choices and wonder if one is bigger or more negotiable than the others.

Also any of you bikers can recommend an insurance company ?

I am looking at a CB400 purchase.

They have reduced the quota by 25%. COE prices for motorcycles in the last bidding went up from $1700 odd to $2700 odd.
