Try LA-Jin therapy that is practiced by many chinese physicians to help patient reduce pains from anywhere in your body.

You can follow the diagram in this above webpage, put one of your leg up and the other down where laying on a sofa or bed. Stay in that position for 5 mins and feel the stretch behind your hip. Do it once a day and the pain will reduce.

knee pain

Post by tinkerbell88 » Fri, 20 May 2011 1:55 am

I sprained my knee running from time to time. My physio at Bodyworks in Tong Building, Orchard Road, says it is from a slight displacement of the ligament in the knee and not running properly. He corrected my running style and eased the pain with an electric current and some strengthening exercises. It was great! They are a fantastic team of people! :)

You should use fish oil or olive oil for the knee pain.
Massage your knees with a fish oil and olive oil two times a day.
You will surely cure from this knee pain.

I've never read such BS posts from a single new poster in my life. You have your 5 posts, so now you can PM. Please quit posting garbage on the forum. You are an asset to your country. NOT.

Ive been having a bit of knee pain but i'm not sure any advice offered is reliable as it seems like whoever started tis post obviously has too much time on their hands lolololol

Anyway i think it's normal wear and tear of ligament? I've started taking glucosamine and joint support and i'm hoping that'll help in the long run.

sucking down those pills are mostly useless and expensive.

what most people need is to exercise more and start building up their quads which will help support the various moving bits around their knees, resulting in less pain.

without diagnostic imaging, it's difficult to say if it's "normal wear and tear" - but a patient profile helps.

read what the poster, taxico, MD wrote in the post directly above yours. You have gotten the best answer you can get right there. Or would you rather have a ole farmboy diagnose it for you?
