Actually, mulling over, I think she said it was for the police.
Sorry, I cannot comprehend, why should she have something to do with China? It sounds weird. She was a Singaporean, now a German, she was never a Chinese citizen, right?
I would comprehend less. She's pure SG but now a German by nationality.
Unfortunately, materialism is now the whole spirit of contempory China, the old Chiense philosophy is disappearing, like many traditions....
Yeah, that's like old China from the Marco Polo days again. I was at a dinner at a Malaysian Chinese friend's house many years ago. One of her good friend was a Chinese diplomat - he said he preferred the overseas Chinese as they retain more of the traditional - chuan dong - values and complain about the ultra materialistic young women in China today. That was with regards to the spate of divorces nowadays.
I really think China is hard work. Even in Beijing. We'd look at maps to see the tourist sites positioned closeby but it took hours to walk to each place. The mountains, like the Great Wall and Wu Tai Shan were a sheer breathless climb up thousnads of steps.
In this sense, I think I can understand how Mao and the PLA won the battle. They were part of the landscape.

He/she is just full of lies and half-truths, exactly the kind of nonsense you get from propagandists.
As for the Singaporean in Germany keeping tabs on Mainlanders masquerading as tourists.
Do you know how many 'tourists' simply disappear when travelling and never return to China? Very, very many decide not to return to the Worker's and Proletariat's Paradise.
I wonder why . . .
.
Look, you can make all kinds of false accusations and mock free speech if you like. You're fighting a war of some kind but just back off me。
It's so tedious, aren't you even bored and ashamed of pushing your povs on people who have different experiences from you?

Apart from that, you need not fear a Hitler type regime from the PRC - they're not anti anybody.

Apart from people who criticise their regime?
Apart from people who want democracy?
Apart from people who criticise Mao?
Apart from people who don't do as they order?
Sieg Heil!

LOL! I nearly fall off my chair when I see this pic. Why?
After using the Stalin-Mao-Hitler threesome image, we now see another picture from the same source! I simply do not understand why JR8 has such infatuation over Dr. Curry's theories.
Here is another photo showing children giving the "salute" in a US elementary class.
So does picture says a thousand words?..not always.

I've never heard of this Curry chap you mention, perhaps you can elaborate on who he is?
I merely googled on 'Mao Chinese nazis' and picked a couple of graphics.
