You should do some neck stretching exercises every morning.
If you turn ur head and at one position too long, u will feel strain on your neck, follow by shoulders.
Dont keep at one position, and do some neck stretching exercise once a while.
It should be able to help you solve your problems

Hi,
I've been experiencing back aches too, which i attribute to long hours at the office desk.
Personally my wife & I have been doing Pilates (weekly 1 hour sessions) for more than a year now and my aches had disappeared about 2~3 months into the course. For faster results, if you do some Pilates about 5 min every morning it helps too!
Other than this, we're now hooked onto an acai berry fruit drink called -some magic juice-
Cheers,
Nicholas

If you're interested, we could share more on this.
Cheers,
Nicholas
Two things:
* without knowing what exactly is wrong with one's back, Pilates can actually make things worse.
* your pitch for your magic juice is suspicious.
Hence, we'll be watching you.

Hi Nakatago,
This was not meant to be a sales pitch or anything. Just plain sharing of our experiences.
I've checked with our Pilates instructor and it is generally suitable for everyone. Not too sure if the Pilates you had in mind refers to the ones with all the machines? Because the ones we go for are just the basic Pilates classes which you can do on a yoga mat. Mainly core strengthening exercises - reason for bad aches is due to poor posture which is due to poor back muscles!
lol on the some magic juice!

If you have not found a Chiropractor yet, I would suggest Dr. Theo from Light Chiropractic
I am originally from America and I have been going to a Chiropractor for many years.
Sounds like you have an upper cervical issue to my knowledge the only Chiropractor in Singapore that does upper cervical technique is Dr Theo.
Should help with your dizziness.
Chiropractic care in Singapore is a lot more expensive than the states.
Here's the website:
www.lightchiropractic.com
number 6336 4063
Good luck

Your post looks suspicious, being your first and all. What's your affiliation?

I'm a patient of theirs. Just want to save people money. I have been to several Chiropractics in Singapore and I have been going to chiropractors for more than 20 years already in America
