Trip to Turkey-SG tour operators any good?

Post by intellectualsmuse » Thu, 17 Feb 2011 9:44 am

Hi all,

Planning a 10 day trip to Turkey sometime in June. Have been told that using a tour operator might be a better option as compared to planning the thing on my own.

With NATAS Travel fair coming up, was wondering if it might be a good idea to get a travel package there. Any recommendations?

It all depends on what you want to see and do.
Bodrum, Gumbet, Altikum, kusadasi and so on are all nice places. Personally I would book my hotels myself then book a tour whilst there. Pammukale is pretty cool to check out.

Thanks-planning your own trip does sound much better, however I just posted to check if anyone has used local tour operators like Chan Brothers or SA Tours or any others when travelling to Turkey and if they could share their experiences.
