Egypt unrest and then Iran, Yemen Domino Effect?

Interesting to note that Unrest and Protests are prolific and in the same fashion going on in this Region. Is it an indication of reform or Chaos I wonder...

There was an interesting commentary on the BBC a couple of days ago that in time, we might look at this phase of change and reminicent of both the French and Russian Revolutions of before.

This is more in line with impact than, for example, beheading the king.

We could be witnessing history in the making, similar to the fall of the Berlin Wall although realistically, the fall of the Wall was always on the cards at one point or another.

How goes internet access in Yemen? I don't know what triggered the one in Tunisia but the internet definitely was a large factor in bringing people's dissatisfaction to light.

I don't think they have restricted Internet access as Iran did, perhaps they thought its too late.

I long to see peace all round, it is time that wealth was distributed more evenly and the people having a voice in there Country for more democratic involvement and development. Trading nations should also take part in helping.

It is time opportunity was spread more evenly.

Unfortunately for too long the west has looked out over a world where a 'poverty of opportunity' is being employed in order to control the masses, and support kleptocracies and dictatorships.

The people of Zimbabwe are not starving, despite millions of tons of UN grain in warehouses, by accident!

p.s. And what are the UN doing about Mugabe? Oh! Oh! Nothing you say?
