Your posting is virtually impossible to understand, I'm guessing you are enquiring about PR (Permanent Residency) as I'm not sure what a PRC/PRS is. Give some more information like how long have you been married? What's your current employment status?

To be honest this sounds more like a marriage of convenience so you can try and come to Singapore and I would think your chances are going to be very slim. As your "wife" is Singaporean why doesn't she call or visit the ICA and get their advice?

I interpret the rather confused post above as:

The OP was married to a Singaporean, lived with her in Pakistan and has a 10-year-old kid with her. They are now divorced and she returned to Singapore. Now he wants a PR based on this.

In that case: He has probably no chance, as PR cannot be based on having an ex-wife here. There might be a chance to get a PR as caregiver of his child schooling here. But for that, he'd have to get another visa first and live with the child for a while before applying for the PR. Is the child Singapore citizen?

To the OP: Interpunctuation (that's a fancy word for ,.-!?), capitalization and sentence structuring will go a long way in making yourself understood!

I read it that wife was previously divorced with kid and now married to OP :? Just shows how confusing the posting was!
