Help needed for HFMD research (Closing: 18 Feb)

Dear Parents,

I am doing a research to help stop the spread of Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease (HFMD) to children by understanding how parents of children who attending childcare centres feel about HFMD. I need 250 respondents by 18 Feb.

If you have a child attending a childcare centre, do spare 15-20 minutes of your time filling out this questionnaire at this link:
