GIIS or DPS for nursery?

Post by Godmode » Wed, 09 Feb 2011 3:00 am

me and my wife both PR but currently not in singapore. We will be moving back to SG in march/april.

during our short trip in jan, we been to both GIIS (balestier) and DPS campus to checkout the schools. We liked both the schools but confused which one is the best considering my son will be enrolling in nursery starting this april 2011.

I know GIIS is costlier than DPS, but cost isnt an issue. My primary concern is my son should get better education and learning environment.

secondly, we will be applying for his student visa since he doesn't have a PR. anyone here have their child on student visa?

Any recommendations on school based on ur experience?

Don't know about the kindy you are talking about. We send our kids to Montessori years ago. More than happy. Fees reasonable

You can apply for student visa for your child going to kindy BUT it must be an approved instution by MOE

or you can apply under LTSVP
