Hi - we are considering signing a 2 year lease in Balmoral Crescent/Balmoral Rd but have some concerns about some undeveloped/under-utilised blocks in the area. If you live in the area and/or know about any potential development plans in that area, please do share your information!
Thank you

9 Balmoral Road - there is an large old house on a very large plot of land. Also, there is an old low density hotel on Balmoral Crescent (VIP hotel).

Follow up to the tip-off about potential development on Balmoral Rd. The tender was not successful, however, the managing agents JLS, confirmed that they plan to re-tender the block for sale and redevelopment in the upcoming month or two. If successful, they said that development could start in about 15mths based on typical transaction completion and development application approval times.
