Only if your SVP period has been fully utilize up to the maximum 90 days then YES your SVP will not be granted. You need to go back to your point of entry OR a 5 days turnaround to JB or KL before returning to SG. If you are from the sub continent then you will need to have a sponsor OR go to a tour agency here to arrange this.
EP Pass on appeal does not necessarily means you have to physically stay in SG for the appeal period. The appeal period can be from One Day to Three Weeks approx. No one knows the exact nature of appeal process.

Thank you for the reply MS.

Have not extend yet. Im on my first 30 day here in SG.
Today Im exactly on my 24th day on the first ever visit.
So I understand further your response, means I can possibly
be granted considering i have not extended my stay yet.

With regards to the appeal,This coming week will be on the second week
though the first was a short one since it was a CNY.

Thank you

Yes, you can either go to their ICA website E-VP page or come in personally at Kallang. There are times where they may require a local sponsor.Just be aware of this. Please bring all docs pertaining to your EP reappeal at MOM too.
Good Luck

Thank you once again.

If I will do the transaction online, will they contact me in any case that I need to be on their office? Or can be shown on the status the day after.

And are there chances where first application can be denied or not granted and then reapply again?

Happy today that my Social Visit Pass extension application online this morning, just approved at this time. And no other remarks except the payment.
Hope this is a good sign for me for pass approval as well.
