Breast implant removal without replacement

Hi, I would like to know if anyone of you, has done breast implants removal without replacement in Singapore. My current implants are fine and healthy. However after the birth of my child, I began to feel uncomfortable with the fact I have the implants and seriously considering of removing them and going back to the natural me, even when I am flat chested, nothing beats better than being the real me. Please advise . Thanks
