I'm in the process of finalizing my comp package to join a MNC there in Sing and was hoping to get your advice on whether you think it's a fair deal.
FYI, I'm in my late 20's, graduated from a top university in the US and have a total of 7 years of experience in a slighly different field than what I'm going into (3 in Asia). The role is a regional internal operations role and will include significant amounts of travel.
Total comp is ~S$200K /year (not including stock options), with no housing, car or any other allowances. Thus not a true expat pacakge.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
