Do not worry so much, just swim breast stroke without your head getting into the water and look at the finishing line..just tell yourself ur Swimming in normal pool..good luck! Jia you!!

It will be done at the extreme left lane so if you don’t feel good then can go straight for the edge of the pool, they do allow 2 try..
