S pass approval depends on various factors.
Salary , Qualification , your company quota of S pass etc etc.

It can take one to four weeks to approve or reject. Sit tight . No point in worrying

That is different. Although only WP needs to ask permission to marry SGer or SPR, I would rather take caution to the wind and ask MOM if it is OK in writing. Then get ROM, once done, apply LTSVP thru ICA.

The only thing is MOM may say it is OK, ICA may not approve your LTSVP. Spouse needs to have a min income of $2.5K to sponsor you among other things that are required

u better get your information correct.why would u need to s pass to get married?? ARE WE MISSING SOMETHING HERE?

s pass and LTSVP is two diff thing.and just to highlight to u, since u almost got zero knowledge, MOM and ICA is two different dept.
