Supporting Documents for EPEC

So I Applied for EPEC and I got this email

Please provide a copy of your

(1) Recent passport size colour photo taken within the last three months,
(2) Passport particulars page,
(3) BACHELOR'S DEGREE from UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO


So just for clarification, do I just
1) get a passport photo taken and just scan it for upload?
2) just scan my passport passport for upload?
3) take a picture of my degree hanging on my wall?

Yes.

Also have them notarized and keep them in case you are required to give a hard copy to ICA or MOM on your arrival.

So now we cannot apparently simply e-file, but not only have to carry orignal dox, but have them notarised too? Well, I knew times are tough but is it really that backward?

It's not normally required, but thanks to all of our Asean neighbours, there have been a flood of fraudulent docs so the relevant departments are tightening up. As I noted before quite some time ago, I lost two Engineers from Burma because of fraudulent docs (and they had already been on S passes for 6 months with us!

So I got an email back asking to upload my transcript.
I have 7 days to do so or my application will be rejected.
My university will not take/start processing requests until Monday So I have lost 2 days.
Will take 3 business days to process the request. Earliest they will have it is Wednesday.
Mail it by Thursday. Takes about 2-3 days to arrive. But there is no mail service on weekends so I'll probably have it by next Monday. More than the 7 days I have before they reject my application.

Will this make an impact on my subsequent future application?

I would think you have 7 working days, just send a note explaining that becuase of postal issues your application maybe delayed.
