Query on citizenship application fee

Postby LongTimeHere » Fri, 21 Jan 2011 3:59 pm

Can anybody advise if the $100 application fee is payable before or after the preliminary interview? Seems like quite a few applicatons get rejected.

Hence before spending $300 would like to get your opinon on my chances

- Indian
- Have been a PR since 14 years
- Wife has been PR since 8 years
- No break in contribution to CPF or Income tax
- One daughter only two months old (awaiting LTVSP)

- Indian Not so good as most of the backlash has been against Indians including the comments by a certain Minister this past week
- Have been a PR since 14 years Good
- Wife has been PR since 8 years Good
- No break in contribution to CPF or Income tax Good
- One daughter only two months old (awaiting LTVSP) Good but Male better

But nothing ventured, nothing gained. No idea when the fee is payable, but I would assume with the initial application.
