So a little person with short legs walking in front of a giant with long legs... what would the giant do? (beside walking over the little person?)
I didn't say heels get the right of way, some people just cannot walk as fast as you want them to. And if they don't, you walk around them.

No, she is not saying that, she meant if high heels get the right of way, she too will start wearing heels....
on that note, i would say that 6-8 " heels or higher will definitely have a clear passage in front of them, cause people will move aside...

I love my high heels but 6inches is a definite ankle breaker! wherelse 8inches breaks more than just ankles.........

Minor annoyances: People who walk behind me and no matter how slow i walk, refuses to overtake me. I think these perv love staring at me hairy legs! Weird people you find in Singapore.
