What Should I do If EPEC Application is rejected?

Post by hsiao » Wed, 19 Jan 2011 12:56 pm

Hi All,

I have tried to apply Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate, however, It was rejected. So, I'm currently figuring out what I should do on the next step. Should I go to MOM for an appeal? Please advice.

I'm looking forward to hear from you all.

Thanks
Mr Hsiao

This is your major problem, Singapore doesn't recognise these Micky Mouse distance learning degrees

:D :D Enlightening, but sadly you guys are right .. and I am sure 200% you can't appeal EPEC :D

Unless, you went on to do another degree / diploma and tried again ..

BTW, EPEC doesn't guarantee EP, and lack of EP doesn't mean you don't get your EP - it's about how much $ your employer is willing to pay, how big they are, and a lot of other factors ..
