Hi!
I'll be moving to Singapore at the beginning of February (new job). Originally I had planned to arrive on Feb 3, but I've read somewhere that the city is more less shut down during the Chinese new year celebration. Is it advisable to postpone my trip to Feb 5?
Thanks!
