Can you apply S/Epass at the same time?

Hi all, I have two employers that wants to hire me. Can I apply for the both of them at the same time. one is EPass and one is SPass. does MOM allow that? or are they on a One at a time basis? I was hoping to just apply both and see w/c one gets approved or if both get approved then ill just settle with the better offer.

You cannot have two pending applications at the same time. You will have to have one employer withdraw their application if you want to apply with a different company. MOM doesn't look at it as a game of lotto where you buy all the chances you want for the same draw.
