Any ideas/contacts for a 4-5 month serviced apartment lease?

Coming back in Feb but only until July. It seems that Serviced Apartments have boosted their prices by 40%, with only one place where I have any real contacts giving me real rates (the rest just seem to cut&paste their rack rates with no intention of actually trying to reel the customer in).

Can anyone recommend a place, a decent rate, and pass on a contact person perhaps?

SMS, do you know any people in this biz who could treat a fellow forum member differently than some random query that just gets the automated response?
