You're being obtuse. If your family's health is at risk, close the damn window! Don't sit there and complain about how you shouldn't have to close the window while your wife and daughter suffer. Or maybe they aren't suffering as much as you say? In which case, suck it up.
I'm sure they're suffering enough already having to live with him...
You are so "considerate" smoker. you should put post to encourage smoking in many places and flight against to government. you will "sure win" . GOOD LUCK.

I wonder if his wife says the same thing. Especially with the bad 'seed' that he has displayed here.

Funny. OP started off inviting everyone's opinions, and then ended up abusing everyone because he didn't agree with what they had to say.

Fact is he has less than nil chance of getting the govt to somehow successfully sue his neighbour... but he won't listen. I think it fair to say you would have to be a 'couple of slices short of a full loaf' not to appreciate one's approximate position in such circumstances.

The OP has not even stated what the alleged heart condition is. Plenty of babies are born with heart conditions such as PFO's (hole-in-the-heart), there is no known connection re: passive smoking. The OPs daughter had heart surgery... so what... that in itself means nothing.

The OP seems to have come here (and why here?) for free help to successfully sue his neighbour, not to determine if he had any chance of doing so in the first place. No wonder he seems so irritated :-|

I suspect the OP is looking for an answer that he is never going to get.

I already expect the answer as I know that all of you are also bad eggs. None of them can give me the positive answer but try to insult other.

Would you like a 'positive answer'? Honestly?

Ok, tell me what your daughters condition is, and I'll try and sort one out for you.
