Looking for guide for Angkor Wat/Siem Reap

Hi:

I am looking for a recommendation for a tour guide for Angkor Wat. We are looking for a guide with excellent English and can give us a detailed description about the history of our surroundings.

We are also looking for hotel recommendations (not noisy, 3-5 stars, close to good restaurants, safe in room, mini bar in room). Any advice is appreciated!
