you're looking for that in a part of the world where people don't want to be bothered to clean up after themselves after eating fastfood?!?

Until the authorities show up, then they scatter as it's not allowed.

no, no, no. i think this is legit as the hose is coin/card operated and it is in a special parking bay.

It sounds like not all HDB parking lots are created equal!

The management did try and stop it by removing the tap, saying the car park was not designed to be constantly wet and its damaging the wall and floor paint.
One big public outcry later they reinstalled the tap, made the drain bigger, places a metal gulley around the bays to contain water, and paint the walls and floor with a suitable paint for water immersion.

Almost all HDB "Multi storey" Carparks, have a coin operated tap dispenser, in a usually 2 lots designated washing bay, on usually on the 2nd storey.
anyone can go there to wash their cars...

Yeah, The MSCP near my previous house in Tampines had a dedicated washing bay but the tap there was locked. And there was no place to put a coin or anything. Then on enquiring on SBF I found that its the old type.
So I used carry half a bucket of water from house and wash my bike.
Now in AMK there is no MSCP alt all near my house and have to park it in in rain and sun

i guessed the owner of the car didnt ask the maid to clean up the wall and sweep the bay dry. even if there's no tap, the maid will have to carry buckets of water down.
