Renting a room

Post by finy » Sun, 09 Jan 2011 3:25 am

Hi people,

Wondering if you can help me out with a quick question about how much it would cost me for renting a room in someones house/appartment?

Im just looking for somewhere cheap so looking for the average sort of price I can expect to pay.

I just want somewhere to sleep while I try and start a freelance personal training buisness for a few months before renting my own place or moving over to Australia if it doesnt work out.

Im still not sure if the freelance thing will be successful in Singapore but want to try.

Thank you

Try here:

Not affiliated but friends have used with success. But note that unless you have long term authority to stay in Singapore (work permit, dependent's pass, long term social visit pass), you can only live in a hotel or Serviced Apartment as it is illegal to rent to persons without said passes.

PS: It sounds like it would be advisable for you to read up on what it takes to start a business in Singapore. Before expending time and effort:
