I have been offered a better position in other company, and have given my notice to my current employer. What should be the best possible process for EP ? this is my first time changing job, so I need to understand a bit more of the process..

in the past I have cancelled a principal approval from my first job's offer, and although after that my EP had no problem with my current employer, but with my changing job, will this affect the assessment?
Well, although I am a local graduate and whenever we have a bit of problem with EP, MOE always step ups and signs us a letter stating that we have to serve our bond and thus it is necessary for us to get EP in Singapore. But I hate to run into troubles and as such, I wish to know better what this process will be.
Just for your information - the company that I will be with is a Temasek wholly owned company
