You will find that most condos and apartments will accept dogs. You will pay an additional deposit and sometimes additional rent. I moved here in October with my Cocker Spaniel and found it very easy to find a place. Just make sure you are up front with your real estate agent that you have dogs and get permission in writing from the landlord. My advice is to make sure it is in your LOR (Letter of Offer) when applying for the condo/apartment, AND in your lease.

I moved into a condo on Meyer Road and Fort Road which is literally right next door to Katong Park. Katong Park has a huge grassy area and a big enclosed area for dogs to be off leash legally. Also, there is an underpass under ECP (East Coast Parkway) into East Coast Park. East Coast Park is a wonderful area to walk your dogs and give them a good run!

If you want to PM me I can give you the name of the condo where I live and a good real estate agent that knows all about getting places that accepts dogs.
