Eye Bags

3 years ago I had minor corrective surgery on puffy eye bags. The work was performed at the Singapore Eye Clinic. I was reasonably happy with the result but felt at the time they could have been more 'drastic'. Cost - approx $2000.

Now I find that the problem is returning and I need some help / advice please.

What is the best proven treatment (not necessarily permanent as I don't mind the occassional 'top up') ?
any recommended clinics ?

FYI .. I live in Singapore but I will be traveling to both Delhi and Seoul during the course of this year, possibly within the next 3 months. So I have those options available too.

I'm genuine, truly appreciate your thoughts, suggestions and opinions.

Hi, I'm thinking of going over to Seoul in July this year to fix my eyebags too. Mine is hereditary, and I'm also worried that they'll come back even after the surgery. If you are keen, maybe we can go tgt. I'm thinking of banobagi clinic in Seoul.
