Hi,
I was verbally offered a job in singapore and was asked to fill out the EP form. I partially filled it for my part and scanned it over, but didn't sign as I needed some clarifications.
When I got the formal offer we negotiated and I accepted. A day or two later I was then informed that the EP had been submitted and been rejected, before I had signed.
Now we can appeal, but my question is: Is the initial submission void, and should this not be a fresh application?
