I'll be relocating to Singapore early Feb and was looking for some opinions about some apartments i've been researching.
Altho I'm sure Ill see more places once I get there, so far from my online searches I've narrowed down my choices to the following (looking for 2bdrm, or 1 bdrm with at least 800sqft)
Sail@MB or MB residences - priciest of the lot
Southbank
City Square
Citylights
48 Riverside - this seemed to have the biggest 1 bdrms
Cairnhill Crest
I've found some posts about MB/citylights/citysq/carinhill, but didn't find anything about Southbank (which looks pretty nice), and 48 riverside (roberston quay).
My office will be at Promenade MRT, so ideally would like to find a place that is close to MRT, Bus, or at least in an area easy to get a cab (need to reduce walking and sweating!). Also, I enjoy being in busier areas where bars/shopping are easily accessible. Budget is approx 4k. Willing to go over for 2 bdrm, would like to say under if 1 bdrm. I have a good idea of the prices and locations already, but would like any personal opinions or other details not found on a typical rental ad
Reason Id like to get a better idea about these places is my packing is somewhat dependant on the type of place ill be moving into (1/2 bedroom, size, furnished or not, etc), and if I can narrow down the above list, itll help my preparations.
