Another Interview Question

Post by Anew10 » Wed, 05 Jan 2011 12:56 pm

Hi All,

I am a finance professional who have never worked in Singapore before and so never have exposure to local statutory and taxation. So, if asked during the interview that I do not have experience working in Singapore especially local statutory and taxation, what would be a winning answer? I have some ideas on how to answer them but just want to give my best shot by soliciting advices from the experts.

Thanks

"Where are you from?" is the alternative and appropriate way of asking. "Are you from the sub-continent?" shows your judgment which may be right or wrong.

BTW, when are you going back to USA? Isn't the right time to go back there...a) Your S$ will earn more US $ 2) you can pick-up distressed assets - there...Are you expecting it will get worst than this?
