Horizon Hill vs Medini

Hi! I heard from Horizon hill agt said up coming there may have MRT/LRT near to Horizon area. Anyone have any idea?
Do u think is wise to commit at RM1.2m in Horizon hill now at 4-4.5% interest rate where completion is 2yrs later?
