I am in a conundrum. Singapore is great and lots to do, but my passion lies with sport. My parents work here and I always come for holidays. I will be spending the whole summer 2011 here and want to play hockey. In order to play for the league i need a NRIC or a permit to submit. I currently study in England and am 22. What suggestions would enable me to play for a club when i am not Singaporean.
