EP taking too long!!!

Hi,

My EP was applied 2 months back...but is till pending with MoM with no output.. what is the maximum time should we wait. Is there any process if we can check with the MoM for the exact reason of the delay?

No time limit. It probably takes longer if MOM tries to verify abroad your documents i.e. degree certs etc.
