Hi all,
My first post, been reading the forums for the past year and hope everyone is having a happy holiday!
I was browsing around for gymnastic classes for adults (+30), and did not see to many around CBD....
I also did a search on this forum but didn't find anything useful for my inquiry, so I was wondering if anyone has had experience or know of good adult classes for gymnastics....novice level.
Thanks a bunch!

Thanks for the good links! I saw the gimsports one....it's a bit far but I may try it out one of these days. As for the Capoeira, that sounds good as well...I took some Capoeira classes back in the states and like it a lot, but went back into muay thai training....now I want to really focus on balance and flexibility....I'll check the Capoeira out here as it's very near me....

Did some capoeira too back home; been meaning to check out some clubs here but I keep putting it off (and I ended up learning a new martial art here). There's a group practicing in Orchard (http://zcsingapore.blogspot.com/) but I haven't checked them out yet. They're the most convenient for me (and not to mention affordable). I guess I should make that one of my New Year's resolutions.OptimusPrimal wrote:Hey Nakatago, nakatago wrote:try this:
