No job, no kid, allergic to malls and MSG, What I gonna do?

Lay by the pool, bike around all day? :???:
Hey, I am this bum hibernating in Sentosa for more than a year now.
I am really running out of things to do around here.
If you are FEMALE and having the same problem or have some idea to help me out, please drop me a note (yellowpath@hotmail.com).

I am a married Chinese American in my 30's.
You may be bored but please dont be crazy.

Merry Christmas and looking forward to hear from you.

plenty of choices to spent your time useful...

1. join some courses and keep yourself occupied...

2.come out of sentosa and start to explore various neighbourhoods in the town

and so on...

:) :) :)

Classes, exploring... Been there, done that...
Funny thing is I never realize not having a job/obligation is such problem.
Kind of miss the places where I drove around aimlessly and found things interesting and stopped...
Here, I have to know exactly where I am going before leaving home...Is the place or just me???
I wonder anybody out there feeling the same way.

My guess? It's too much effort to get off Sentosa, hence you prefer to know where you are heading. Another guess is, the traffic is too terrible! :P

A few options:
- Start a part time business?
- Take up painting classes?
- Plan dinner parties?

I know a couple of expats go to Sentosa to play volleyball over the weekend. Have you consider joining them?

Just Had a Christmas

The music has been playing for weeks reminding me: silent night, holy night...
Being crowded by shoulders of people pushing all directions...
Faces always smiles behind the altar, I mean counter: "May I help you?"
Oh God, is this the paradise you were always talking about???
I have a headache... :???:

You don't ... I get on random busses and get off when I see something different or interesting, but then again that requires that you leave Sentosa. How about volunteering or doing something constructive with your time? Plenty of opportunities around (and you'll get to meet other people who don't constantly go to the mall that way too)

I do get out of Sentosa. I did the hop-on & off buses, dinner parties with friends, classes, exploring... But I just wonder can you do these things for ever in a city? Who can tell me more about non-religious volunteering in Singapore? I do love animals. Thanks! :)
