My husband and I are planning to move to Singapore after the New Year ans also bringing our puppy. We have met all requirements for reserving quarantine space. Upon applying for the import license it asked for a SingPass number. Neither of us currently have a SingPass number. We were planning on setting these things up once we were moved. We didn't know it was necessary for the dog's import license. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what we should do next? We were hoping to be leaving around the 3rd of January, but we are now concerned this may have to be postponed. Any help or suggestions are much appreciated.

Thanks for the information. However, this is a separate document. We need information on obtaining a SingPass for the import license.

SingPass can only be obtained upon getting EP. Maybe on of the forumers here would be kind enough to offer their help to you.
Sorry I cannot help you on this
