Since my wife works for National Parks, I tend to get quite a few nature walks.
The first website is by Ria Tan, and is probably the premier website for keeping track of nature activites in Singapore including guided walks, seminars and the like.
The second site is for those with some spare time that would like to volunteer for National Parks.
I generally don't get much spare time, but will try to make it along to an event or two during the year.
Cheers
AAM

on 10th Feb we are planning to meet for dinner, so we can get together and just break the ice. do let me if anyone is interested.
on 13 feb there is nature walk organised by the Singapore nature and adventure lovers to the newly opened admiralty/woodlands waterfron park.
again do feel free to contact me or go the SNALs website directly. this walk is not organised by me but by TS chua.

Hi,
If you guys are planning on meeting for dinner or doing any more nature walks, I'd be interested! I just moved here from the US about a week ago and would love to meet folks who want to do some outdoor activities.

I've done a few walks in Singapore. The McRitchie and Mandai routes are interesting... dense jungle but safe. check this out at

Henderson Waves is a good choice too. I once went there, like 6-7 years ago? haha! Upon reaching the wave bridge there, the scenery is good too!...
