Nivea for Men shaving conditioner

I use a Philips shaver which uses Nivea for Men Shaving conditioner HS800

I've found several shops selling the shaver (or different variants of it) but I have yet to find anyone selling the conditioner.

Does anyone else here use this stuff and if so where do you get it from?
